NEW WATER CONNECTION

  1. Potential Customer visit our offices and shows interest to be connected with water supply.
  2. We shall carry out a survey of the customer premises and determine:-
    1. Customer accessibility to distribution system,
    2. Ascertaining there is no Dormant connection existing in the premises with arrears,
    3. Requirements in terms of Fittings and Pipe size.
  3. Apon Ascertaining viability of the connection the customer is given list of Fitting, he/she will procure before making Application.
  4. After procuring the fitting the Customer will visit the office and fill water application form.
  5. The customer shall provide copies of the following documents to be attached to the water application form:-
    1. Copy of national ID,
    2. Copy of KRA PIN certificate,
    3. Copy of proof of ownership that is: A copy title deed/ Agreement form/introduction letter from the area chief/Assistant chief,
    4. The customer pays for the new connection fee and Deposit as per our Tariff.
  6. Our staff will be available to inspect all plumbing work done by a customer before effecting any service connection.
  7. Connection is connected within seven day after payment of supply connection as per our tariffs.
  8. Connection installed within 7 days after payment of supply.
  9. Every customer is provided with New meter during connection installing.
  10. During the installation of a new connection, the customer will be provided with information what to do in case of water leaks and economical use of water.
  11. The customer will receive his or her first bill as per our billing cycle through (SMS).
