For application for a new connection you need to pay Kshs 2500/- and a deposit depending on you connection category, Different rates exist for the different categories.For Domestic Catergory 2500/-

Water bills are sent via SMS, thus you are supposed to submit your contact details, for institutions furnish us with your email account.

In most cases the causes for this problem is failure to pay your water bills promptly, by the due dates that are clearly marked on the monthly water bills. If the bill’s due date passes without any payment made by then, an account is liable for disconnection at any time.

You only read the black digits on the water meter and subtract the previous reading to know your months consumption.

After 10 days after receiving your water bill the supply can be disconnected anytime without further notice.

Our Billing cycle runs from 20th to 20th of every month, So Our meters are read on 20th and 21st. Not unless they fall on a weekend or Public holiday
